Due to a backend issue in our script, the children’s age field has been completely miscalculated. Some users’ ages were set to unrealistic values (e.g., 265, 178, 99, 812, 223, etc.). We sincerely apologize for this error, which was caused by a fault in the age calculation logic PHP code.
Despite our best efforts, we could not restore the original age values you entered while setting up your child’s profile. Unfortunately, we had to set a default age of 11 for all affected profiles (as you can now see in your profile). We deeply regret this inconvenience and understand how frustrating it must be.
To resolve this issue, we kindly request that you manually update your child’s age to reflect the correct value.
Steps to Update the Age:
1. Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Select the “Profile” option.
3. Click on “Edit.”
4. Update your child’s age in the “Age” field with the correct value.
5. Finally, click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen to apply the update.
Once again, we apologize for this issue and assure you that we are taking steps to ensure it does not happen again in the future.
